my story

The story about the last few years and the amazing information that I've learned.

I used to work at a fast food pizza joint and ate that pizza constantly (1998-2005). I got interested in nutrition/cleansing after having galbladder attacks back in mid 1998. They sucked- bad, horrible pain. General slothyness, feeling "blah" all the time was annoying as well.

So I started looking for books so I could get healtier. The first were the Paul/Patricia Bragg books. Then Perscription for Nutritional Healing by Phyllis and James Balch. Following that were books on juice fasting and water fasting, especially interesting were the books by Arnold Ehret.

Urine therapy books blew my mind so I started doing that and was amazed at the results, my bald spot grew back and I had more energy than ever. Hesistant to tell friends about urine therapy, my parents and brother about urine therapy, but eventually did, with mixed results. Telling a coworker in secret was not the best idea, but he eventually told other people about it and I had to explain it to everyone, as they laughed at me. All the embarasment aside, in the end it is better that the more people know about it, the better.

Sungazing was my next adventure, with better eyesight to have as results, and learning that it balances your chakras/aura, also about the possiblility of without having to eat or drink (breatharian-ism), and the added possiblity of immortality??? is very amazing.

I've done a lot of liver flushes (up to 12 oz oil at once), water fasts, dry fasts, and colon cleanses, feeling better after each one. But I eat a lot of junk food. I want to do a master cleanse/lemonade diet or juice fast soon. In Iowa, where I live, it has been a very mild winter, and since I've driven only 5 days in the last year and four months, I've walked everywhere and biked a lot also.

I've worked at a grocery store the last couple months and have eating anything and everything in site. But I am eating less and less junk food. I was vegetarian for a little bit (three months) a couple years ago, and now have been since late February of this year I am veggie again. My birthday was the last day I had meat - I had ribs, SPAM, octopus, and herring fish. By the way, Bill Pearl, famous bodybuilder, says in "Getting Stronger: Weight Training for Men and Women" (http://www.billpearl.com/), that he is a vegetarian. My goal is to be vegan on Dr. Ray Christopher's + Arnold Ehret's mucusless diet by the end of this year. That is, all raw uncooked green foods, fruit, herbs, grasses, and vegetables. Maybe syrups - maple, sugar cane, sorgum, blackstrap molasses, and honey every once and a while. Eventually I want to eat only fruit, sea vegetables, algaes, and fresh herbs that I can find growing around town. Chlorella and spirulina are VERY dense in nutrients/vitamins and protein. Losing weight is a challenge to me, but finding that kelp and coconut are good to fix the thyroid, which helps to lose weight. Also cedar berries, according to herbalist Dr. John Ray Christopher, help to balance the blood sugar, and to cure diabetes.

I have been spiritual for years, having weird stuff happen to me and my friends around me with ghosts and ESP have made me question what really goes on behind the scenes of our reality. Moldavite, a meteroite glass is supposed to help spiritual advance psychic abilities and spiritual advancement, according to the book "Moldavite: Starborn Stone of Transformation" by Robert Simmons, and Kathy Warner. Books published by Llewellyn Publications in Minnesota were my first books on what my friends call "psychic stuff". The books about the Flower of Life, and the mer-ka-ba energy field, by Bob Frissell, and Drunvalo Melchizedek have been interesting to say the least. I highly suggest that you read them if you are concenered about all the mystery about the 2012 question of what will happen. Leonard Orr is also a very good author speaking about rebirthing and common themes as Drunvalo and Frissell. Also Quantum Touch by Richard Gordon is a very good book, I have yet to read it, but will let everybody know how it works. There is a Quantum Touch curezone forum, but it is very slow.

Well, I hope people find this story interesting. More to come soon...
