24 days... juice is yummy

Date: 6/28/2006 11:10:37 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2334 times Carrot Ginger juice is really delicious. It's just freakin' good. I had about 32 ounces of carrot ginger juice today. Now I'm off to lunch, later it's a 4 mile run for me and some tanning.
Yesterday I went to the gym for 30 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weights. Came home and went swimming in the lake! How refreshing.
Then to dinner - I wanted FOOD! So the fiance and I made an emergency trip to get some chicken, some fajita wraps and some salad stuff, and some wine. We did indulge in the wine a bit but I'm glad. It feels nice to enjoy. Oh and we got some frozen french fries but I mostly stayed away from those (which is huge for me).
I'm getting fuller faster with less food. Also my bikini looks great. I can see my face again. I know that after an 11 day fast I'm going to be good. Now I may modify the juice fast to include yogurt, to help me stay intestinally healthy between colonics, and just because I think I might go mad without having some kind of something I can get calories from that doesn't include 30 minutes of veggie cleaning etc.
