I got hit HARD

Went down to NYC this weekend and came home with a NASTY cold that has had me out of work for three days. I'm taking today off from the gym as well, and going home to sleep.

The good news - the fiance and I have sort of been on liquids only for a few days, with some stew and chicken soup for good measure. We're both pretty sick.

However, this weekend he's going away so I'll have the house to myself to do yoga and wedding planning and read in the sun.

Wow. Floored. Hope all is well.

next week back on the crazed fitness train. Till then, just sleep.
