Day 1 of MC

10:30 am: Wake. Had a Late night at work last night and I wasn't in bed until 2:30am. This is the first time that I have not woken up with cramps from Smooth Move lax tea, which is obviously a welcome suprise on my first fasting morning. I am really looking forward to this detox. I quit smoking, cold turkey, 36 days ago so this is the first MC that I won't have to contend with nicotine withdrawl. I thought it fitting to spend today cleaning the house since I'm cleaning my body out.
Cleaning went good. Got the master room closet and bath done. Didn't get out to run today...too much cleaning, but it feels soooo good to sit down and relax in a clean house.
I am feeling a little spacy, but high energy nonetheless. Concentration is hard tho. Craving roast beef panini...mmm...probably because beef was the last meal I had before the MC. Feeling alittle chilly. Going to take a bath and get under the covers.
