Day 5 Morning

Date: 10/7/2005 7:17:57 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1765 times So I drank my Smooth Move tea last night and woke up at 3am, rain pounding down, and my intestines gurgling beyond measure.
Some of the psyllium I had been taking came out. I am guessing the smooth move tea reeeeallllly moved that along. So some might say I am doing an "ultimate fast" but I haven't done a lot of the pb shakes. Just one or twwo a day.
I have discovered that letting the psyllium rest in the glass of water will show you HOW MUCH it absorbs water. I drank some more water after it, but I still got a headache, from dehydration no doubt. I think that headaches are caused by toxins and/ or dehydration, so I am going to be more careful to drink more water.
Did my SWF this am and a lot of mucous junk came out. Not like I really touched it, I just looked. Looked the same as yesterday.
During the day... just little spits and that is it. Plenty of urine, but that is to be expected.
My weight fluctuates between 226 and 219 during these last few days. I was hoping for some weight loss, but I can see that if it just water weight I am okay starting with fresh clean slate. At 5'5" I need to take off some excess pounds.
I am going to go lift some weights, though juicing does give you a nice strong arm.
