Date: 11/13/2005 4:20:46 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2175 times I was supposed to write more this week.....supposed to make a not of my moods and stuff....I would say that they have been a bit more steady since last monday....
I still eat poorly....today I ate ice cream for lunch....i'm tired of eating like shit...look what it does to me....
I have made a decision to do a short Master Cleanse to break the addictive eating cycle....clean things out a bit, and regain the feel good about myself feelings....I had them when cleansing before....My plan is to cleanse until a couple days before Thanksgiving.....the question is, can I stick to my committment?
I want to feel better! I want to get this crap I have been gorging on out of my body! I want to shed a few pounds! I want to feel better about myself, and get back to doing good things for me!
The picture of young me is enlarged and on my bulliten board.....he looks so happy and proud....and strong....I want that back!
