walked during lunch

after lunch...day one still doing good

So far so good...I know its early still but man do I have people wanting to give me free food. We got Arby coupons today..buy one sandwich get one free...co-worker asked me if i wanted in on the deal...HELL NO!! I didn't tell her I was fasting I'm sure she wouldn't mind but it helps my will power by not telling anyone. I think my boyfriend is fasting too but not telling me...he goes through stages like this as well only he says he does it for me....He wants to get his 6 pack back for me...I love him...But I am doing this for me I want to be skinny for me...I mean don't get me wrong looking good for him is a HUGE plus but again I am doing this for me. I can't wait to get home and cook dinner for my daughter and while she eats I walk away the pounds...lol. Will power is amazing, but I know its a lot easier when you are at work...if you work where I work (in an office) you know food is everywere its always someones b-day or clients are in the office. Tomorrow I will have to walk by myself which will be fine with me...maybe I will take one of my tapes into the back workout room and do that instead...Yes we have a small workout room in the back...I think I will...work on building muscles on Wednesdays. What harm can it do but make me look better...lol
