Tomorrow. I am determined and motivated to make it through a 32 day fast/cleanse. I've tried it several times, only to make it through one entire day. It is true that you have to feel a calling for it, that you can't just say "I'll do it." It is all mind over matter. I expect tough days, to struggle with my willpower, to question myself,but I am stronger than the challenges I may face. I will focus on each day , one at a time- not worrying about tomorrow. This is the first time I've ever really had a challenge to face, something that relied entirely on me. I have received my calling. It came through decreased energy, lack of self-confidence, and the feeling of being clogged, weighed down, heavy.How powerful I am going to feel when I look back 33 days from now and know that I alone did this for me. I've got 40 pounds of toxic build-up,and processed additives. I am using this cleanse to revamp my body, my mind, my inner voice.
I believe in God and will no doubt talk to my God to help guide me. He will not allow me to fail. I will rid myself of all the negativity I have allowed myself to dwell in. I am going back to me, not the shadow I've become.......
