Raw help me to improve my health and to clear my spirit
My health has improved since I eat a lot raw, and I feel again what it means HOME.

Now I am well, and my health is better. Eating raw and green smoothies helped me to lose water from my legs (I do not know its expression in english ). The last some months were so terrible, I was depressed and it caused the water. I had a lot pain in my legs, I could not walk a lot. Now it is much easier to ride bicycle. (distance of my work from home 7.5 km, and I go by bicycle)
I eat some cooked food, but try to listen to my body's needs, and to eat what is necessary and raw.
I do not know the rules of foodcombination, but I think the first of all to eat raw, after it I can learn the rules. (I hope, I do not do anything bad for me and my family)
Evenings I feel I should pray, but it is very difficult for me. I have never talked with my father (He's dead already), so it is difficult to talk with the God. I try to tell rosary. It is a very good feeling.
After my daughter's birth I was very sick, and I had a feeling of going HOME. (like near death experience) This feeling gave me a great happiness. Now I feel it again. Our home is not on the Earth, but we have to live here, and we have to try to live according to God's Law. It means, we have to live in Harmony with the Nature. And this Law is in our Heart. It's discovery is our way.
