Stuffed Hotdog Recipe
Here is a great Recipe of Courage- The moral is "Live dangerously, and Don't be afraid of your Food" Your mind is the Culprit!

My buddy, who shall remain nameless- to protect the innocent- Made "Stuffed Hotdogs" for Mother's Day. I said "So how do you stuff a Hotdog? She laughed and said it was one of her Mom's "family favorites" and so being a good daughter, she offered to make it for Mother's Day!
Generally speaking her diet is pretty clean, not raw, and not 100% vege, but no hotdogs and soft drinks.
So I ask "what is the recipe for "Stuffed Hotdogs", and she says~"well, actually they are pretty good, and here's how I make them....
"First I make make stuffing"- she tries to glide right by...I ask "What is your stuffing recipe?"~
"Well", says Nameless Innocent, "I take a couple of slices of bread and tear them up mix in melted butter and egg, mix in chopped onion, and celery with some thyme, salt and pepper and parsley." (parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme?)
Now I'm just warming up..."And how DO you stuff a hotdog?" NI answers,"You split them open down the middle, and put the stuffing in ~kinda jam it in..Now her face becomes positively pensive, "And", as she darts a glance at me, "And you top it with a slice of bacon!!!!" I am laughing so hard I am gasping~ she sees the humor but is not sure if I am laughing at her or at her! Yes, I am laughing at her!
I am on the ground, it is one of her guilty pleasures and she is happy that her mother has suggested she make it for Mother's Day ~ I can see by her sheepish look, "then", she admits with guilty pleasure, you heat them at 350 degrees, until the bacon fat and the butter combine and melts down into (or is that "ONTO"~hotdogs maybe impermeable~ yes I'm pretty sure!) the Hotdog!
Now she is happy and says " We're eating straight fat, artery clogging fat" We're both in hysterics now...The audacity of she and her Mother...I can't help myself, I choose this moment to remind her that there are some pig nostrils, lips, and sphincters aligned with her artery clogging fat. Forget about the salt content! And the whatever the bacon and hotdog cancer causing stuff is...Thank God I've forgotten.
HHAHAHAHAHAH, we're now laughing so hard we are crying....Hey OUT THERE CUT LOOSE!
Hooray for Pig poopers, and butter, and BACON-PIG squared-I love my friends! If they hang out with me ~they've got a GREAT sense of Humor~ whether they like it or NOT!
