Update on the cause of dark circles, and new possible solution.
New program/protocol to get rid of dark circles for good.

The candida caused me to have leaky gut, and to allow the toxins I am supposed to release to be reabsorbed into my blood stream. I wanted to do more research on my dark circles so I asked a naturopath, Shelley (askshelley.com). She studies ayurvedic medicine. She told me that the reason I have dark circles is that I have toxic blood due to liver and bowel congestion. That makes sense since the candida has caused my body to be in a state where I don't eliminate toxins, but I absorb them in my blood. My blood shot eyes also indicate liver congestion. Now is the time for me to take action. I am obsessed with getting rid of these dark circles. I am 22 years old, and I am determined to not live another year with that affliction. I am going to clean my colon, liver, and kidneys. I purchased Dr. Schulze's Incurables program. It should arrive here by Monday. I don't know if going on such a program might be a little too extreme, but I don't care. This is my plan:
1) Go on incurables program to cleanse colon, liver and kidneys.
2) After the incurables program I will take some clarkia for a few days and then go on Shelley's anti-candida diet. I have already purchased Garden of life's fungal and primal defense, which I will take as part of the anti-candida protocol.
I am curious as to how the area surrounding my eyes will look like after the incurable's program. I also have a sinus problem. Shelley says that the nose and ears are a path of elimination for the liver. So if your liver is toxic they will be overloaded with mucous and ear wax. Nice isn't it? :( She recommended that I buy Sinucleanse. I have and it really helps to relieve the congestion. You can buy a neti pot, and special salt that one uses to wash the nasal passages.
I also ordered Dr. Schulze's super ginseng blend, female balance, brain formula, cayenne tincture, supertonic, lung formula, nerve formula, and deep tissue formula.
I should add here that I know that my body is very toxic. I am extremely depressed, I don't have normal bowels. I only eliminate once every three days, and that is when I clean up my diet. I am very pale, and I'm supposed to have an olive complexion. My nails have vertical ridges and little dents in them. My lips peel a lot (sign of a weak immune system). My skin is very dry. When I last saw a doctor (years ago) he said I had mild anemia. My bruises don't heal well. I would like to add that I don't drink alcohol, and I don't do drugs. I believe that the candida flourished when I was a little kid and I was placed on antibiotics for a year. Since then my very bad diet has made my body very toxic. On Dr. Shulze's program I know that I will have to go on some type of juice fast. This strictness really helps me, because If I were able to eat normally I know that I would mess up my diet. My body should be a lot cleaner after the incurables, so if my dark circles haven't gone away I will do liver flushes with the epsom salts. Yuck! I have already prepared for when I can go on the anti-candida diet. Upon Shelley's suggestions I bought stuff that will support my skin, liver and bowel. I bought emer'gen C (vitamin C), cal-mag fizz (calcium and magnesium), nutritional yeast flakes (B-vitamins), granulated lecithin (dissolves stones, aides liver), flax oil (vitamin E), wheat germ oil, Udo's choice oil( has omega 3, 6, &9), kefir (good source of friendly microbes), burdock root pills (aides liver), goldenseal tincture (blood purifier), and liquid chlorophyll(good for skin). MH, the barefoot herbalist, doesn't think that taking vitamins, like emer'gen C and cal-mag fizz, are beneficial or even healthy. So I would like you all to be aware of that before you buy anything. Much later on I will buy MH's oil of oregano, because he says that it will kill the critters, and I will buy his dewormer.
If Dr. Schulze's incurables program, doing liver flushes, and the anti-candida diet don't get rid of my dark circles I am going to see the best cosmetic surgeon/dermatologist in NYC. I will laser off the bastard veins. One way or another I am getting rid of these dark circles by end of the year to come. I am so excited, I know that when my dark circles are gone It will be a joyous occasion, and I am going to share my journey with all of you.
