Toothaches and cavities
2 herbal teas to ease pain from toothaches and prevent cavities.

pain relief tea.
one tablespoon raspberry leave
one teaspoon white willow bark
2 cups boiling water.
combine herbs.
cover with boiling water.
steep 30 minutes then strain.
take as needed in doses thru day.
ONLY UP TO ONE CUP OVERALL PER DAY

cavity prevention wash
one teaspoon bayberry root bark
one teaspoon goldenseal root
one teaspoon chaparral leaves
two cups water.
combine herbs in pan.
cover with water.
bring to boil & boil 15 minutes at med.
cool and strain.
keep in fridge.
to use : place one or two tablespoons in mouth
swish around thru teeth etc..
spit out.
