First, we're giving one Honorable Mention this year
to Leslie Goldman, "The Enchanted Gardener"
and Executive Chef Hermann Schaefer of
the San Diego Hilton for their Organic
Celebration and menu as part of the
International Feng Shui Conference hosted
at the Hilton where the menu was entirely
organic foods. This increased awareness
of where our food comes from and how it's handled
was a good first step.

If you choose biotech farming, you have taken the right

natural technology that can feed the world, and give health
