Many books that help people are successful because they are sharing the personal journey.
Many of us on the Wounded Healers Path are about Hallowing the Wounded Healer
We influence others by sharing our authentic story. See my Blog about Damaged Goods, for example.
You can offer delicious Raw Food Recipes as you are doing...this is great.
Your story--all your story--is also very valuable. I love reading about the ups and downs
you do, and why you are doing what you are doing. It makes it all so real.
Do not be concerned about stabilizing of our diet a certain way before you start sharing.
It is the very act of exploring--the ups and downs--that helps others.
When we are talking about educating rather than medicating--
we are talking about uplifting others.
This is possible when we come from this place of authenticity and share.
I feel that when we come from the heart and share our honest experience
we can best help others.
I support any person who can live successfully on a raw vegan diet. I have met
some of these people, including Gabriel Cousens, who is a master Essene Teacher
on this subject. and a 20 year associate. The Essenes are a lifestyle that goes
with Raw food. I cannot say enought about matching your diet to your lifestyle,
as well as developing an attitude of harmony in regard to your own diet as well
as the diet of others.
I still grieve the loss of one of the most remarkable friendships in my entire life--
my first English teacher. She invited me to her home a number of times. She was a rare
and special gift. She would make the most loving dinners for us and her husband. I offended
her with my food dogma attitudes.
This was a big life lesson.
The choice of what is good for you, is about discovering your Soul's needs to express in the physical and then
giving your body what the Soul needs to fully express. There is always an ideal.
When I first discovered The Essene Gospel of Peace by Szekely, that
shares teachings of Jesus on Raw foods, I felt so bad because my life was so far from this truth.
I have since discovered many things about diet and what my body wants. There is always more
to learn, and it is good to learn from you and others.
There is no one good diet for everyone, and my experience is, the foods a person
needs can shift from time to time.
We are making test cases of ourselves, so go ahead and share your experiences.
Your ups and down's, so we can all learn from you.
