She speaks here of ways to improve eating on the road.
When I can travel in the EG Mobile, my 68 VW Van,
I do best to ensure overall success by taking time to Feng Shui the car.
This makes a world of difference as far as earning money
on a trip. I feel better when everything has its place.
Deradune mentions taking mason jars on a trip, so you can prepare
your food. I agree.
I would add: Have designated baskets that hold the jars. My preferred
morning drink for a couple months includes Green Magma Barley Powder,
Some Dr. Jensen's Whole Food Blend, Some Moringa Powder, some
Psyillium seed, in a base of fresh raw baby cocoanut. I add a bit of
Jensen's digestive aid. I put all the ingredients in the same basket and
cover the basket with a holy cloth. It makes it much easier to have everything
in one place. When I finish the prep of the drink, I put the basket back in
its place in the vehicle and this place does not change.

This powder, very raw, helps mend inflammations of the gut,

Deradune is living near the new Flagship Whole Foods that I believe
in near Austin Texas, if this is the same store.
I heard the owner of Whole Foods speak at the Natural
Products Expo West about a month ago. This is quite a store with gardens where you can eat
your foods.
We are very lucky to have Whole Foods around.
We should encourage all Whole Foods to have lots of Trees and do more for the community.
We should encourage each to buy from local organic farmers whereever possible.

The highest carrot juice with the greatest healing potential is of course
the raw juice made fresh in the store. All the packaged carrot juices are flash
pasteurized. Dr. Jensen would turn over in his grave (if he believed in death)
with this innovation. I have not had much success attempting to make carrot
juice in a blender. Even the Vitamix does not compare for lasting freshness
in my opinion.
All the healing effects that are written about in the great books on juicing,
are based on getting raw, fresh juices.

It is inspiring to know that Mark if highly conscious of his energy output and intake.
I once offered him one of those Reed Ginger Brews ( a favorite when I can handle sugar)
and he refused. He was on raw juices at the time!

This is all part of being enlightened and spiritual for this day and age, as it was
among the Essenes of old. Hansen, and many in the publishing industry
are Essene Soul Group activity. The Essenes have always been into raw food
regimens, cleansing, and simple vegetarian lifestyles.
They were also the scribes on the original versions of the Holy Books.
This is what were discovered with the Dead Sea Scrolls in 1947.
Much of this original information is still suppressed.
When the Essenes traveled, they often fasted, or carried a tool with them
for cutting fruit.
They had a system of community in place.
When you came to another Essene family in another area, their was always
a guest room for the honored visitor.
We do not know that much about the Essenes today because many of the structures
of their homes were build organically, of course, and covered with grape vines and other
vines. The houses soon disintegrated.

As far as voting with our dollars, as a remedy for GE foods, another important idea
that Deradune suggests in this wonderful Blog, I want to encourage you all to
please visit the Essene School of Thought web site to start getting a background
on the grains you can grow yourself.
The ultimate VOTE is based on growing your own food.
I do not travel without plants, even on planes.
I would never travel without seeds of many kinds.
My greatest nightmare would be getting stuck in a Thrify Store, or one of those
Drug stores that are so chemically toxic. IF a earthquake strikes and I am stuck
in a store, I would not mind being stuck in a Whole Foods!!!! How about you????

Edmond Bordeaux Szekely, the 20th Century Renaissance Pioneer,
wrote one book (The name escaped me right now) where he speaks of
having portable containers each with sprouts, and various vegetables.
Here is one idea:
Get a small pot and replant the finest organic beet you can find.
Care for the lovely plant, and harvest the beet greens from the outside
as they grow.
I prefer these lightly steamed with Olive Oli and Braggs or Namu Shoya.
The finest Olive Oil is Braggs. Ask your health food store to order it.
Patricia Bragg is a sweetheart and her father, Paul Bragg,
invented the first health food store. She is an Essene minister
as I am in my esoteric side.

Beet greens are essential for building up the minerals that a woman
loses with her period. Chlorophyll is the Mother's Blood.
