What a day yesterday at Mark Victor Hansen's MEGA Marketing Book University.

I was weary going in.
I paid the $700.00 at the door. I had a hard time finding the hotel.
It was not at the hotel near the LAX where it was in 2002, last time I did this event.
Then, I tried the Airport Marriot. Wow! no MEGA HERE EITHER.
I got on the internet at the Marriot at forty cents a minute
and found the location. IT took be eighty cents worth, but the lady
did not have change for a twenty so I got it free.
I arrived an hour late.
it was at the Westin.
I have been here before.
Dr. Jensen had a seminar here that I attended.
that seminar was a hoot.
So my energetic memories are powerful for this hotel.
MEGA could not be in a better spot.
I sat in the room.
I was exhausted.
I realized I could not sit here all day and night.
Too painful. There are 500 people here.
I feel stuffed. Sitting in a chair all day is not what I am here for.
I want to network. I want to make progress with connecting with old allies.
I left the seat and told his statt I was not feeling well.
They tore up my credit card reg.
I figured I'd check out the trade show, even though exhausted from
all the birthing I have done this week with my blogs on my 4oth Reunion.

So I am not really in my power.
Lisa, Mark's assist, is sweet.
This is great. We had some growth patterns to work out years ago.
I will write about that later.
So Here is Mark.
He is happy to see me.
He always says to whomever he is with. "This is My Enchanted Gardener.
He named a plant after me."
That is another story.
So Mark asks is there anything I need to tell him.
Not sure what I said.
Told him I was planning to do the seminar, but too tired to sit.
He says, then be my guest.
He said something nice about being thankful I was there however I showed up.
It is almost a fatal error for anyone who aspires to be learn the book business
not to attend this event.
The energy of all the authors, and wanta be authors is so strong.
In three days, you can learn more about the book business then many publishers,
said one of the teachers. I think so.
This are the finest experts in the world.
The people who come are the juiciest women and men you want to meet.
It takes some real believing in yourself to travel this distance from all over the country
and world to show up for yourself as a member of the book business.
Mark is an expert at networking. Everyone who sees me when I am with him, gets an intro.
That feels very honoring. Such of the time I am with him, I will have my camera available.
This makes it possible to get into some great new relationships with the most powerful people
at the event. He will ask for a photo with a certain person.
There are millionaire billionaires here.
Heads of major publishing, not too many, just the ones you need to meet.
All personal friends of Mark.
Jack Canfield is an old brother from the Mandala Conference days when
the Holistic Health movement started.
He is the co-author of Chicken Soup.
Peter Vegso, the publisher of HCI, the publisher of Chicken Soup
has been supportive of my work for more than
a decade. I am the one who has been holding back
I cannot see how I am not going over the top in the next two days.
I have lots of wonderful connects for all you who would like to go from
blogging to successful authorship. I sense that many of us here do have
a book inside us.

this Blog. In weeks ahead, I will review and intro you to some of the most powerful
healthy and healing magnets in the Book Business. They are here, and I
am being drawn to specific programs I would like to learn.

I am on the run, but I wanted to check in.
Heading to see Joe the Farmer right now at the Santa Monica location FM.
Joe is my adopted family of organic farmers who are at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market
each Sunday in San Diego.
Glowers...organic strawberries...as Mark would say...I am going to Wow everyone today!
I will load up by portable Enchanted Gardener cart as I do at most events where I do not
have an Enchanted Garden Installation. It is my portable office.
I made great friends with the CEO and president for Chicken Soup.
Patty is the President's name and she is a sweetheart.
She said she has known me for years, but I meet a lot of people at this
events. She is going to help me. By the end of the Friday night, she is given
me kisses of friendship and that feels so good.
They have sold 100 million copies of Chicken Soup and Patty, the president is kissing
Your Enchanted Gardener out of appreciation? Give me a break. Who could ask for
better personal contacts.
She and her other close heads of Chicken Soup are loving my photos and The Seven Love Cures.
Patty can see me licensing out different aspects for The Seven Love Cures. That is what I have in mind:
Greeting Cards, frame able art, posters...etc plus a book And the Post Cards that I pretty much have already.
Catch up later. You are in for a hoot and quite an education, my dear CureZone family.
The pain of success is almost as difficult as the pain of failure,
so which will we choose?
