It was on 1990 that I’ve joined a 4 hours workshop (!) given by one of Mr. Silva’s first students who came to Israel from The States. That 4 hours workshop brought miracle to my life! I’ve caught the principle immediately and synchronized it with formative evaluation method that I studied during my MA in Political Sciences (1980) and created new methods for healing.

Mr. Silva developed a very profound and easy to apply method.

If you’ll buy any of Mr. Silva’s books you can make use of it. The only different in success is an outcome of a sentence that you create to say when you’re within your Alfa Wavelength: First of all you need not count from 100 to 1, it is enough from 25 to 1 – this is how we practiced it on 1990 and it was good enough – to count from 100 to 1 is rather irritating and ask for longer time to reach the goal.

Your sentence should be short, up to 3 thins that you would like to have. You need to repeat the exact same sentence for a while and not to stop it because it is working for you, you need to make sure that it will continue to work well – 3 month will do good. If you practice it more than once a day you’ll see a results sooner than once a day nevertheless you must do it once a day, the timing is not important. Make sure not to fell a sleep while you’re within your Alfa Waves or you’ll program your mind with a lot of garbage! Do not do it beside TV, working audio set, cellular phone and so on or your mind will be programmed with a lot of not positive data that will influence your life. Don’t wear Black or Grey or Off-White colors or your brain’s vitality will be drawn by the absorbing qualities of those colors. It’s enough that most people allow it to absorbs them on the physical, motional and spiritual-moral layers, there is no need to give it a power to directly influence your higher powers.

Something prevented me from sleeping last week and so I decided to overcome the situation with the help of Silva Mind method. The sentence to program my mind with is ‘I sleep deeply at night’ (no short cut or slang can work). I decided to make it work immediately and so I repeated it 21 times a day, by the second night I slept 8 hours. Never do I remember myself sleeping that long, even not as a child, now it continue with 6 sleeping hours, which is extra ordinary to me too. Mostly I sleep between none to 3 hours a night, no day sleep too.
