Vegetarian or Vegan?
wonders about titles in regards to contents

In Israel people who call themselves vegetarian eat fish, eggs and milk products.
I used to ask them if they really think that milk grows in nature…
To get food without dairy products, on plans and study centers I had to order vegan meals, also at home I still eat eggs, no need to tell you how poor those meals are.
For you it may seem normal to be vegan or vegetarian for many daces but Israel during 1978-1987 we had no special food for people like myself except managing with raw vegetables – we had no cooking books to instruct us what to do, not that I had any chance to know because I was brought up on a Kibbutz community and never had a chance to cook for myself or see others cooking, I eat in the commune’s dinning room like every body.
Feeling deep inner need to eat cook food, yet with no knowledge to do it I eat a lot of bread with margarine, raw vegetables and soup. Health Food shops were beyond my possibilities if I new about them, it was still impossible to find such shops and later I had to keep away of those shop as it was very expensive, beyond my means those days. During that time I worked either in cleaning stairs or houses to pay my academy studies and rent.
When the Soya food company ‘TIVEOL’ started to produce Soya hot dogs and other products similar to meat yet made of Soya and other vegetables ingrains, my whole world have changed! Finally I could eat quality-hot ‘normal’ meals made of Soya productions.
During the last few years Soya beans and Soya flower became very popular and not expensive, I’ve learnt to cook very well and with much ‘Hungarian talents’ so now I can leave the past in the past and enjoy my options – as long as I don’t fly abroad
As for now, since I still eat eggs and love the Soya cakes, I would like to come to know my wonders
I wonder what is the proper title to call people that in addition to vegetables and fruits:
1) Don’t eat meat but do eat fish milk products and eggs - …
2) Don’t eat meat and fish but do eat milk product and eggs -….
3) Don’t eat meat, fish and milk products but do it eggs -…
4) Don’t eat meat, fish and eggs but do it milk products -…
Your answers may allow me to put an order to this wonder that I carry with me for many years now.
Thanks a lot
Estia
