Successful Diet through Visualization
easy 'self-done-diet' without food diet...

One way can efficiently be done if one wants to use the power of The Silva Method to program brain’s cell to do the work. Another efficient method is Visualization. I have successfully used both methods to better my life and few thousand people in need for nearly 20 years.
It does ask you to do something for yourself and this web site is filled with people that does a lot for themselves therefore, I decided to write from time to time some ways for private use, that could improve one’s living quality.
Visualization to either loosing weight or gaining weight will ask you to go through two stages:
One stage of visualization is to see yourself in your inner eye with the figure you would like to get to (physical eyes close). It must not be too thin, your brain will not accept your unhealthy visualization (hopefully). You must always visualize a same picture and not change your mind’s picture to different one.
It will bring disorder to the process.
Second stage of visualization is to visualize colors filling your body in the appropriate areas.
Visualization must be done in an area free from Black/Grey absorbing colors, otherwise not just it may not be efficient but it will make the situation be more extreme.
Visualize Pale Coral color entering your body from the crown chakra, filling your body, keep this visualization in your mind for a minute.
Now, visualize a Fire Orange color filling the lower area of your stomach and visualize the quick burning of energy and see waste living your body freely in toilet (to loose weight).
Now, fill your body from above with glowing White color, visualize it for half a minute then visualize your after diet body, for half a minute then open your eyes.
Supportive act will be to wear clothes that are combinations of Red/Yellow colors, through all its hues, sox and shoos included neglect combinations of colors containing Blue colors and Grey/Black clothes upon your middle and lower parts of the body.
