First Day Of Fasting and a couple of Questions??
Basically a journal enty I made!!
Date: 2/22/2005 7:51:35 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2315 times Ok, my body went nuts during my last fast with grape juice only, and the one before that with water I had to break after two days. I am hoping this will last five days, with a break to settle myself. Right now I am suffering through some stomach pains but I have been focusing on what’s better in life and that would be getting healthy. I am hoping to be healthy by August, which is a key month for me. I hope to be moving away from New York State during that month to Oregon with a good friend of mine.
Not much more has been going on in my life. I would really like to be healthy and wealthy which rhyme, but healthy comes first because I could be the wealthiest person in the world but I would never make it to enjoy that wealth if I did which could happen with the way I have been going. I would like to have a family in life sometime. A good family too, with lots of kids and a great wife, (one I have in mind but we will see about that). The one I have in mind is great, their I go again on another tangent. I really have no clue on why I do that?
Well the question I have for you is "Can you ever be too generous?" I really think I am sometimes. I give my family money all the time which I have no problem doing but unfortunately I really never have the money for what I want, which in t he end is probably a good thing because I don't have a sense on what I want. Man I like that girl though.
Well back to a question on the fast, do you feel it would be easier to go a Grape Juice Fast or would it be easier to just go on an all water fast this being my first fast.
