I got side tracked

Well I got side tracked today. I went half of the day just eating fruits and nuts but then I couldn't go to the raw food restaurant in the city and got bummed out. So I ate at Fuddruckers. Which is absolute crap and I don't know why I even gave it a second chance!

I had small fries and a chicken sandwich. I'm glad I ate the chicken and not a hamburger. I felt that even though I was cheating, at least I wasn't eating beef. Still going strong! I DID drink a lot of water today though. Not enough for the usual but more than the other days.

Late breakfast:
one orange
celery and hummus
nuts and berries

Dinner:
Fried chicken sandwich
small fries
sugar cookies
small brownies

No exercise

How I feel:
I walked great today. Sometimes my foot was tight after I sat down and rested for a bit but if I continue to walk around it got better. After eating my chicken burger I felt full faster (I didn't even finish it) and I didn't feel as energetic afterwards. My sister insisted on going to take a nap but I had to force her to go to the book store just so that we wouldn't go home and nap right after eating such a huge COOKED meal. Right now she's feeling like crap but I don't feel as bad.

I feel a little disappointed about eating cooked food. I've been doing so well even though once and a while I eat stuff like peanut butter or a little cream cheese (b/c together it's YUMMY!) I didn't gain any weight today but I'm not going to weigh myself until Friday or later.

I think that the way for me to succeed on raw is to have lots and lots of raw food in demand at home and at work. I'm really low on cash and I was getting bored of just veggies and fruits. I don't have a juicer or a dehydrator and some of the raw foods at the store are quite pricey. I wanted to go into town to eat at a raw restaurant but I couldn't spend any money. It's so much easier to just eat at a one dollar menu fast food joint. But if I had lots of fruits and veggies and raw dips on hand it'll be easier for me to just reach for those. I'm constantly eating on raw.
