27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Did you notice " Peace " as the first word, to an entirely tremendous and powerful piece of Scripture with eternal advice!
According to the scripture today; we can choose to either be upset or not to be so!
The keyword is choice!
Why attempt to do something that you can not possibly do anything about?
This is a personal decision and way of life if you just choose to do so! Otherwise, people who choose many other ways to eliminate stress in their lives - are foolish and waste time and effort!
Once you realize that you can not change any of the problems in your life! Therefore a wise person would follow the scripture's advice and follow the admonition of John!
We suggest that you should start eliminating stress in your life - by learning to laugh often! Then start jotting down notes on things that have aggravated you to find out, why these upset you so much! Start working thru the problem areas in your life.
Life is meant to be lived in peace and love of others! See if there are some things you can eliminate and correct in your existence to become more peaceable and a true friend to others!
Peace and love will conquer more problems than stress - plus you will be happier also!
