PREFAST DAY...Tommorrow starts the extended water fast

Ok so today I ate strict keto, no milk or dairy and no fruit. This green veggie and chicken start is to get rid of all that potato I had at thanksgiving.
Today I weighed in at 314. I feel good with the keto I ate today. I have a bad cold though so I am hoping it clears up quickly due to the fast.
I had blood work yesterday, a chest xray and heart tests. My heart is great but I have high blood pressure. Not high enough for a concern but noteworthy. My blood tests were good. I have a chest infection.
Ok so I cant stress this enough...dont get all weird with a relationship during a fast...lol. This thing with this guy from my past has ended up being very exciting but I realize I have grown up a lot and well he hasnt really left our home town thinking....
I am a drinker but not excessive and no drugs. I work in law enforcement and am proud of who I am. I have a good pension and income. My only problem really is that I am fat. Well, I can lose weight and still have a hell of a good life.
If you meet people that have bad habits themselves but are critical of overweight people, ignore their idiot comments. I would rather be heavy and working on my weight issues rather than being in denial about being addicted to drugs or alcohol!!! Reality check done.
If you are heavy and unhappy then do something about it but do not let people put you down.
