SKIP IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED I will give a brief overview of how my health deteriorated thru my abuse of my body. I started drinking coffee at 13. I liked the stimulation. By the time i was 20 my adrenal glands were in serious fatigue and coffee no longer worked. This began my serious health problems. I was always tired at work so i drank coffee, ate sweet cakes for the sugar rush and used what ever legal stimulants i could. Gensing, effedrine, various supplements. What i didnt realize is all these things just made me worse. Fast forward to now. After asking doctors for years what was wrong without help It is only the last year I realised how sick i was and "I" was the only one that could understand and identify the health issues.
I began using internet forums and looking at websites about my symptoms. I determined I had serious adrenal exhaustion wich led to severe liver toxicity from all the stimulants and junk which helped to cause a severe systemic candida infection. Additionally this caused severe depression.
Why am I doing this? to tell others what it took so long and so many wasted years to learn.
THE FAST CURE
After a lot of research these are the most effective least expensive things that work.
Low carbohydrate diet.
Coffee enemas
Methylene blue

Candida die off toxins can cause kidney failure if not handled correctly. The liver and body fat also store seriously dangerous toxins. That will flood your intestines and circulation.
If handled right the symptoms can be minimised.
I will say you may have feelings of a cold, nausea fatigue or a general feeling of being unwell while following this regimen. The probable cause is a release of toxins that has overcome your system. I highly suggest you do a simple water enema 1qt distilled water as soon as possible to remove these extremely toxic poisons.
I must continue this blog later so to sum up at this time. Many people do not know their liver is severly toxic and they have out of control Candida infection. If you have the above listed symptoms you should investigate these issues.
Although I describe this as a fast cure I mean months not years recovery. I will say you will feel remarkably better within a week unless you have further health issues.

The best recipe i have found is distilled water 1 qt boiled w 2 tblsp organic light roast coffee. Cool this to body temp. Not too hot or cold or you cant retain it.
Directions requires about 45 min 1 time daily
Need large bowl hot water bottle with attached hose for enema oil agent for enema tip possibly coconut oil soap bleach towel and an area to lay close to a toilet
Prepare an area and have something to read or watch.
Have bowel movement if possible. Do a water enema with warm water. Try to retain it for a few min to prep and flush the colon. Use and retain coffee enema for 15 min if possible. If its a problem just make a double dose and do 2 back to back. You must hold 12 to 15 min to be effective. After the coffee rest for 15 min. if your severly toxic you may feel stuffy nose and nausea.do a distilled water enema to get that out before it reenters circulation. This can make you ill, throw up, and is very bad for the kidneys.

Dose is 10 15 drops in water 2 to 3 times daily. Investigate and pay attention to overdose symptoms.
These are introductory steps to prepare for the very difficult and serious battle with Candida and liver toxicity. If you follow these steps and are otherwise healthy you will within a few days feel the liver start to drain, the lymphatic system start to drain your sense of well being will increase and your energy level will increase.
