Well today is day 0 o have completed a 5 day fast tomorrow I will be starting my 14 day spiritual and physical journey to remove toxins and improve over all health if anyone would like a play by play directive then feel free and I will write or if anyone is interested in joining me we can be fasting buddies and supply each other with strength and encpiragement
