So we have all heard many things about water fast, positive and negative as everyone shares a different opinion on it. I want to assert that whatever posts that follow below are my experience and only my personal opinions. I have done water fasting few times before ranging from one day fasts to a week or 10 day fast. So I decided to try it again avoiding the mistakes I made in the past. I would like to share all the mistakes I have done in my previous fasts. Water fasting is not an easy task to do and the hardest part of it is not the fast itself but the preparation for it and the way we break the fast. So all 3 steps are equally important and because I failed to do steps 1 and 3 properly in the past, there were much detrimental effects to it. If not worse, at the least the work and effort you kept for the water fast is all in wane. So please be sure that you want to do the water fast sincerely before starting and do it right. Keep in mind its not for everyone. 1. Water fast prep 2. Water fast 3. Breaking water fast. All 3 steps are mandatory for successful fast. This is not guide for people but this is what I learnt from my past mistakes. Many fasting experts also suggest to do the same. To maintain the weight loss achieved by water fast one must change their dietary habits to more healthier way.
