Possessions Possess Us
a man's blog is not something to be googled with unless you know what you are getting into - there could be MILLIONS of results!!
Date: 9/30/2014 5:46:40 AM ( 10 y ) ... viewed 1915 times Hello again - I have been writing of geo-political issues so much I forget that THIS BLOG is about "the path of my life". Geo-political issues only mean one thing anymore - WAR...
... and my greatest curiosity now is "what insanity makes ordinary people fight and die FOR OUR LEADERS">??? I wouldn't kill anyone just because the Kings and Queens and the politicians are calling them "THEM". Nope, I wouldn't... not even if they have different skin, clothes, or bathing routines - "them", or the dreaded "THEY" are humans, and humans kill far too many humans for us to consider us as a viable species {we are going to wipe ourselves out - a rarity for any earth species!! Even amoeba are smarter than that!!!
SO -
MY PATH, this summer, was predicted to be "the summer when everything changed at home" [as in my personal life, and those around me].
After 18 years single, I have a lady friend. A woman by my side. A female human is with me - and she appears to be staying.*[see note]. She is perfect for me - she has enough faults that I feel comfortable around her, which is a big deal to those of us with very low self-esteem, and no confidence whatsoever. But she is also extremely LOVELY... so pretty, such a delicate flower considering the damage she can do with a single blow from her right hand. She smiles and laughs and I cook and clean. Life is great!!
BUT - what I have been noticing is with all my new-found wealth, and then LOVE, I have become stressed about money... When I did not have any money I never felt this stressed about it.
So, it is true that our possessions posses us.
... and that is why I am very careful to never assume that my pretty lady is anything less than her own person with free will, and she comes and goes as she pleases. I will never make demands on her time or her attentions. Spouses are NOT possessions.
And then all around me people melted down, died off, and changed allegiances. Everything I depended on for my business suddenly vanished into that great supply chain in the sky. Then I was defeated by GRAVITY again, and fell down, skinning me knee and I lost $12,000 dollars!!! Damn that gravity eh.
So now I might move, or melt into the arms of the one I love so much that, as M n M said, with Rhianna's help, "it hurts". Thats right - I am listening to MnM n other rappers and the popular songs of the day again. My Love happens to be a bit my junior... which is great for getting caught up on the culture scene of 2014. Zombie movies have stories!!

And, thanks to my "significant other", I understand p 0 r n to be a highly destructive force, possibly ruining sex for MOST young men today. p 0 r n provides a stupidly blunt portrayal of what women want, and women are degraded terribly in p 0 r n films.
Actually, that is one thing that did NOT change - I never did watch p 0 r n.
Okay, gotta go now - thanks for reading. Oh, and by the way I think I might change my mind about refusing to have sex - I have the feeling she might stay around even if I do give in.
* With me, women mostly run away soon after we have sex, so I refused to have sex with this one, and it seems to be working. Listen up fellows - I may be on to something here... maybe women really DONT like sex? And those p 0 r n movies are actually phoney?? Wow, whooda thunk?
