De-conditioning - A Seven Year Process
6.) Continuing my research, clarifying my focus for writing my book as a manual for personal transformation.
Date: 6/16/2014 7:13:26 AM ( 10 y ) ... viewed 1986 times When I first started writing my "book" it was primarily regarding "communications". My original working title was:
"Higher Self Awareness: A Consciousness-Raising Communication Process". The "working title" has morphed some however the overall theme hasn't changed. The book is a handbook for personal transformation and as such it has increased my own self-transformational process for me.
I am identifying additional tools and applications that I use in my transformational work related to communication. The central purpose in the handbook and in my work is for the process that is known in the Human Design System as "de-conditioning".
From a Human Design perspective we all have everything that we really need as individuals to fulfill our destinies in life. Therefore we don't really need "self improvement" per se in order to fulfill the reason why we are here. It's really a matter of "letting go" of our conditioning, freeing ourselves to simply live as our authentic selves.
The idea of "self improvement" is a belief. When we interact with the belief that we need to "improve ourselves" what we are unconsciously referring to is the "conditioning" that we've acquired.
The one and only thing that we really need is to be our authentic selves. It is only our conditioned behavior, conditioned thinking, beliefs, attitudes, etc. that has gotten in our way. Therefore de-conditioning ourselves of the things that do not constitute who we are would be most supportive to clearing our way.
The communication orientation that I am developing now includes the process of de-conditioning. There are precedents for this. One previously developed de-conditioning process is called "mind clearing".
June 23rd -
I have a three volume "manual" on "Mind Clearing" that is now "in my lap"! I am looking into the status of the copyright that Charles Berner designated in 1984: "Sanatana Dharma Foundation".
In my search I came across an archive of "Self and Other" newsletter by Edrid. In 1993 he wrote:
"A lifestyle of completing communications contributes to having a clear mind. Having the intention of communicating what is within your mind, whatever it may be, opens you up over time, until eventually you can say whatever is there for you to say. This outward flow feels wonderful and makes you an alive and vital person, where all of your ability is available for life. That, plus being willing to experience and deal with those things that come up that are hard to experience keeps the mind clear." -

Also just wrote to a lady who wrote a summary on Mind Clearing.:

"Centres of light must be established throughout the world in order to form a link between heaven and earth."[1] Reading this message of Omraam remained me of this blog and since I had already posted this I wanted to add the quote and link here. In the process of doing this I revisited the link above to "My Dinner With Andre" and glad I did because in addition to the "invisible planet" with a "new kind of school" that "first clip" also includes "pockets of light", "there has to be centers now" and "to preserve the light". This is what Cheeta is! The good news now is that a friend whom I've been working with over the last few years just landed on thirty acres that could possibly support a mini Cheeta!
Re: the "book" I first mentioned on 6/16/14 - Since then I have realized that "the book" is not my goal. Developing collaboratives with other individuals is my intention and "the book" at best could be a reference for the tools that can be used. I'm glad I realized and accepted this insight as I now have the beginning of a potential collaborative with my friend with whom I have shared dyads with and who has a vision for triads! His HumanDesign is a single definition consisting of Defined Self and Throat Centers. He embodies the archetype of real communication as a toroidal regenerative way to self love! If I had to go through a seven-year de-conditioning process with an individual as of about 6/16/14 it would have taken till 2021 to get to the level of clarity I have with my friend now!
