Just had a dream. I was up at Madre Grande Monastery and the place was about to be lost. I had an inspiration to save the place. I was attempting to interview the children but there was interference. The Dream had to do with the potential loss of the property here. I would like to talk to you about what's going on here.
JUST HAD A DREAM
just had a dream. I was up at Madre Grande Monastery., a beautiful Natural Oasis outside San Diego, high in the mountains.
The place was about to be lost. There had to be a fund raising action and I summoned my abilities and insights to create a plan.
I reached the limits of what I can endure and do here based on the present model of living on the property I now manage.
We are in reality a bunch of individuals renting rooms and trading for space.
RE-ENVISIONING THE FUTURE OF THIS COMMUNITY
It's time to have some community meetings here.
THIS LAND HAS SURVIVED BASED ON THE VISION I HAVE CARRIED.
The land has survived based on the vision I have carried express tells me forward to go through ups and downs here. It was my will hanging here that kept the land from being sold.
The dream this morning was inspired by a need to raise funds.
It was inspired by the practical reality that we have had a room vacant for months. Last night my partner, who also rents a room, revealed to me that her source of funding to help with her rent is no longer in place. She is short now.
I did not take this in last night. it was too big.
THE VISION NEEDS TO BE SEEN, FELT AND EXPRESSED IF WE ARE TO SURVIVE.
MY VISIONING ABILITY IS WHAT HELPS ME THRIVE.
i'm thinking of Carl Rogers and how he called together his friends when he was making shift direction his life. I need to do something similar.
NEED TO GET ORGANIZED THOROUGHLY.
To be renewed and living in a healthier manner.
GREAT THINGS I HAVE DONE HERE.
I manage my core physical trauma with the marriage of what exists with
my ability to vision and the dedicated to my higher purpose. There are great things that I have done and written.
Thinking of Kenneth Korn as a possible place to visit with options to live.

STRESS RELIEF

Any kind of stress reinforces maladaptive pathways in your limbic system. [Limbic system is the part of the brain controlling the "flight/fight" response--anxiety/fear, and is responsible for our emotions.]
1) Breathing in to a count of 4 and out to a count of 4. Do this process twenty times,
2) Breathe in while stating an affirmation such as "I am calm" and breathe out "I am relaxed",
3) Spend time in nature,
4) Use guided meditations that you find soothing,
5) Look at the situation from the bigger picture. Ask yourself, "In the grand scheme of things, how important is this really?" or "Is this situation worth allowing myself to stress about it?" and
6) Try to see the situation from a different perspective. Is there a silver lining or something to learn from the experience?
