Short Blog Entry for Day 2
Date: 11/2/2013 3:39:08 AM ( 11 y ) ... viewed 857 times Just a short entry - today's gone well, had a little errand in the city that took me out for a few hours, took along a bottle of mineral water with shrubs I made last year (great old fashioned vinegar and fruit based cordial you can add to water - drinks, etc - very refreshing and lots of health benefits from drinking vinegar) Sat outside this morning in some glorious sun, very missed over the grey Melbourne winter which always seems to drag on and on at the very end with the promise of ending much earlier than it ever does :)
A day of lots of mantras, reading Wilhelm Reich's "The Murder of Christ" what a brilliant book - having mostly soda water drinks and now my 2nd veggie juice of the day - winding it down now with some writing - sun is just setting on my big gum tree outside the window - felt slight desire for food once or twice driving through the city, but fasting is kinda old hat for me now and these things just pass and tug on one less and less as they embrace the practice and come to know it. Felt a little tired the first two days, so being restful - perhaps an energy burst will come mid week -- used a couple detox foot patches last night which came out very full of junk - I think with the amount of crap in the atmosphere and just everywhere these days we are pretty much assailed with toxins like never before - so little wonder... might use them until they clear as I have a bunch on hand. Not much else to tell - See you again tomorrow
