Met Claudia Moreno, wife of Presidente Municipal Candidate
I met Claudia Moreno, the wife of César Moreno. César Moreno is running for Municipal President of Tecate in the upcoming election July 7. We were at the World Environment Day event at Professor's Park, June 8, 2013. About one year ago, while staying at Rancho La Puerta, I had a vision that would influence the future of Tecate to be known as the friendliest and most welcoming city in Mexico. Meeting Claudia felt to me like one little step in this direction.

Tecate Municipal Presidents
I met a very intelligent beautiful woman the other day during my visit to the World Environment Day at Professor's Park, Tecate.
Her name is Claudia Moreno. She is the wife of César Moreno, who is running for Municipal President of Tecate in the upcoming election July 7.
I was with Sergio Constantino, a devoted sustainability advocate in Tecate. I trust him and have been to his project on the same land as Racho Chabacanos, located about fifteen minutes East of town on the Road to Mexicali.
I spoke to Claudia about some of my visions for Tecate. These include more local food growing, as well as wanting to create Tecate known as one of the safest, most welcoming cities in Mexico.
I am convinced that if people grow their own food, many of the problems that afflict most cities will disappear.
I met claudia at Professor's Park, one of my favorite places. I always feel good here. This is a parcel of land in its architectual design that honors Mount Kucumaa, one of the most sacred and ancient mountains in the world.
Professor's Park and its Las Piedras Environmental Center, are on property managed by the Fundacion La Puerta, the giving non profit arm of Rancho La Puerta.
Does Tecate have a Mayor? Is the Municipal President the equivalent of the Mayor?
I am in a discovery process now to understand how tecate is governed. Is the Municipal President the equivalent of the Mayor?
That is one of my first questions that I am sure I will get answered soon by my friends who work at Rancho La Puerta.

Kamut® Khorasan wheat that has become my teacher and guide, as much as ancient wheat was the teacher for Zoroaster, the ancient Persian teacher. When the leaders of Persian returned to the garden and allowed the wheat seed to beach them the laws of nature, the nation came into a time of great prosperity.
It is one of the documents I have translated into Spanish.
