Water Fast, Day 3 - regroup
Date: 10/15/2012 7:42:39 PM ( 12 y ) ... viewed 17098 times I had a little fumble yesterday, but I am back no track - today was felt great. I had energy, I didn't 'crave' anything - I wanted water all day. Unbelievable. I thought that when people said, hunger subsides around the third day - I figured I was going to be one of those that was hungry all the time. But I didn't even think about it.
I didn't weigh myself today - simply because, I had way too much running around in the morning. I spent the day with doctors, getting MRIs and the such.
I didn't buy distilled water, as planned - however, I do have a Zero water filter that I am using in the interim.
I did have aches today - my legs particularly. But not so bad, that I could just soak in a nice bath of Epsom salts. I am hoping my sleep patterns improve, though - as I am having a harder time getting to bed at night.
My skin is doing weird things - patches of skin going dry, and then flaking off to a nicer 'newer' skin underneath. I guess this is the renewal? I'll take it - better than a facial.
I did workout yesterday. I am wondering if that pushed me into a fumble? I'm not sure, however, I am past that and moving on...
