Monday-Starting Over

I really over did it on the eating over the weekend..that it made me feel so sick. I have developed allergies and I have never every had allergies in my life. I get really irritated easily, especially with 2 kids to take care of. Sometimes all the stress drives me insane, lol. My eyes are really itchy, nose stuffy and I'm sneezing like crazy. My pains are surfacing, my back, hips and knees. I feel like an 80 year old woman instead of a 38 year old. Yesterday I had to go to a party..so I had to dress up etc..I looked at myself in the mirror and realized how much older I look. I used to always look way way younger than my actual age. when I was 30 people thought I was 18..no joking. This is what 'food addiction' can do you.

This morning I started a Saltwater Flush. I added lemon juice to it, so the taste was tolerable. I couldn't drink the recommended amount I think 2 liters.

Today I plan to water fast, I will try my best to stick to this. I need to make it at least 24 hours, then I know I can do it. I need to abstain from food for while..My body is in desperate need to be cleansed.

I will fill you in on my progress today. I hope and pray that I stick to my fast this time.

My weight has climbed back to 167 lbs :(
