Let's try turning it off and on again

An intro to me

I'm probably like a lot of you out there. I am obese, I'm tired, I feel like crap all the time and I have no energy. I eat crappy processed food and fast food and of course that reflects the way I feel. I'm depressed because I have been fat all my life, I hate the way I look, and I want to start a family. I want to look for a new job, but feel self conscious about how being fat comes across to interviewers. I'm lucky I don't have diabetes, or worse. I know what I should do, I just have to have the will to do it. It's time to stop being lazy, stop taking the easy way out. It's so much easier to eat fast food than to eat REAL food. I just have to do it. So this blog and the interwebs can hold me accountable. I'll post daily to this site on my progress. I've got physical as well as emotional issues to work through, so goody, you get to see them all!

I plan on using a lot of alternative methods to achieve wellness, this way others can see my results, and hopefully can lead them on their path to recovery too.

The first thing that has to be done is to start cleansing. Instead of jumping right into a Master Cleanse, I'm going to start with the 3 day apple fast/cleanse.
