Day 4

30 day water fasting

So it has been 3 whole days of water fasting and I have lost about 1 pound a day. I wasn't feeling to good today felt a little out of it so I had some orange juice. When fasting I ONLY drink innocents juice because it is 100% juice, not from concentrate. Losing only a pound a day compared to the past when I have lost 2 to 3 pounds is a bit discouraging but I am going to keep at it and hope the end results are good. I am going to try and do the full 30 days but I don't know how that will work with me travelling I am not trying to pass out in the airport. But I will continue to listen to my body and I will eat when it tells me to.
