Just drank my first cup of pee

My stomach has been torn up all morning... I did it to myself, I once again binged on food last night knowing that I was going to begin a urine fast today. I also took a lot of a natural laxative... on top of the food I consumed last night, I have been miserable for this morning.

I haven't eaten anything, but the overwhelming urge came about 12:30 pm, right past lunch. I was feeling pretty sick to my stomach, and so I figured 'if there's ever a good time to drink my own pee, it is now.'

I went to the bathroom, made sure I was very clean with a wipe, peed in a cup, and took a sip. To my surprise, it tasted really good! It reminded me of warm potato soup. I drank most of it, saving a little to rub all over my face, on both wrinkles and acne.

I no longer feel sick or hungry, and I am actually relieved for I now know that this is something that I can stick with for the next week, and longer.
