day six.

day six, not much to say...little reminders of huger , more lemonade..

Oops I mistakenly posted my entry last time as day four when it was actually day five.

Anyways, day six - went smoothly. Crazy busy today with back to back meetings so havent had much time to think about food. But I did notice I had to drink some extra lemonade and put some maple syrup in my tea since I was starting to get hungry. This helped make the hunger pass. I don't have much to say other than I did yoga this morning and I am looking forward to getting back on food next week... My stomache is growling! Oh, yes - I weighed in yesterday for the first time and I had lost 10 lbs since weighing in 6 days ago when I started the pre-cleanse with the veggie and fruit juices/soups...SO thats pretty good. Must be all the yoga and mountain biking and snowshoeing! I hope to get down to 130 by the end of this and maintain it with a healthy lifestyle until mexico..and lots of fruit in mexico!
