This devotion is prayed on the popular 59 beads Marian Rosary.

Start by making the "Sign of the Cross" 5 times in veneration of the Saviour's 5 Holy Wounds.

On the large beads, say:

"Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Pray for those who seek refuge in you."

On the small beads, say:

"Holy Mother,
save us through your Immaculate Heart's flame of love."

You finish the Chaplet by praying 3 "Glory be".
