water fasting: goal 40 days

my journey to a forty day water fast. all of the highs and lows...

so, the day before yesterday i did a salt flush and the next day as well. the second one produced more results. i couldn't do it again though because it taste is horrible! today i did a herbal laxative to help with water retention and just to clear some more stuff out. i am not going to weigh until friday so the salt has a chance to get out of my system. if i did not drop at least 5-7 more pounds, i am going to start drinking a bit of diluted juice. i never had stagnant weight loss at the beginning of week two. things usually slow down at week three. does anyone have any suggestions about this or had experience in this department? i want to do at least a 30 day fast, but this is disheartening.
