You don't get rid of candida
On the candida diet for the last 3 months.
Date: 8/8/2010 3:58:19 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 50371 times I have to agree with Bee Wilder that you don't really get rid of candida. You learn to treat your body better so that your immune system gets stronger and does the job.
How to do that, I don't know yet, I haven't researched much on this so far, it's just been a latent thought while I'm frenetically trying tons of supplements and realising I'm not really going anywhere - of course I'll keep trying with them, I doubt they would have too much of an adverse effect, so why not, since they haven't eaten yet all the cash I have left.
However, after being on Bee's diet for 2 months - and on Atkins phase 1 for one month before that, I've had enough with feeling sh* everytime I eat something wrong by accident in restaurants, and get the impression that it's all back to square one.
There must be something missing.
