day two water fast
Date: 7/19/2010 5:17:17 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 57594 times Praise God made it through the night.. left my mp3 bible playing all night, i know it sounds extreme but in the past ive struggled to get past 24 hours because of nighttime feeling paraniod and waking up in one of my 'food trances'. But after praying before bed and listening to the bible I got through it :)
My faith is getting stronger , all things are possiable with God!
Today im feeling abit tired but seem to have burst's of energy, I am making the most out of having low amount of hours at work, to sleep and rest. I feel relaxed today, like ive had something lifted off my shoulders? My skins softer my eyes look bighter, and its only my 2nd day.. although my tongue is so white and my teeth are really yellow this morning :S But aslong as im getting rid of 22 years of toxins and most importantly I can face what is it that made me eat so much food in the first place, now i cant hide behind food. There is no need to hide anymore because as long as I have God by myside there will always be hope in my heart.
Worries:
* It is written that all fasts should be in secret.. I have not told anyone in real life, just curezone, but no one knows me on here anyways so im hoping thats ok. Put make up on today n coconut oil because mum said i looked tired.
I find fasting is much easier if im writing down how i feel etc because i think having too much info in my head causes me to feel overwhelmed.
