Day 2, Fri April 23rd - 2:30pm Was up until 2:30am with a very sick husband and son. My daughter had a serious virus the day before I began this and it hit both of the guys early afternoon/evening. Didn't get good sleep and woke up thinking I had what they had. My stomach had been gurgling (like theirs) and I was achy all day with a bad headache but it never turned into
the violent vomiting illness they all had. Am I in Detox? Already? Feeling bad so I made a 12oz juice of carrot, orange and apple. Took a long time to drink it. Went through some serious head hunger, and I didn't want cold juice so I decided to make a vegetable broth from carrot, beet, celery, onion, kale, garlic, bay leaf, salt, lemon pepper and Tapatio. I really want to eat the veggies. Didn't. Feeling Ok, then bad then Ok again. Very tired. Forced a carrot apple celery juice down. Tryin to drink more water. Both sides of my stomach feel crunched, right where the ribcage stops - like its seizing up. Hurts when I breathe in. Generally felt bad the rest of the day and night; headachy, sore, general malaise. Maybe my waste is backed up? No BM all day. Fell asleep on couch around 11:30. Early for me. No obvious side effects from no wine! PS-I don't have a scale yet so I can't post any weight losses yet.
