Such a troubling question... Would you do it, for loyalty??? I was talking to my friend the other day and we were discussing abortion. I am against abortion. I feel that adoption could be an option. That is just the way I feel and I feel that a baby is alive even at conception. My friend helped one of his other friends pay for her abortion. He said he feels bad about it because he feels that he help kill a baby but he said that that was his friend and he would stand by her and help her do what she "needed" to do. I was taken aback!!!! I was like so you are saying that you would compromise your moral fiber in order to help your friend do some thing that was unnessary and that you regret? It wasnt like the girl couldnt carry the child to term and then give the child up for adoption. She could have done that. She didnt want to. Im not saying that women shouldnt have a choice. They absolutely should, but if I had a choice whether to not have sex until im ready and willing to be a mother or have sex and rip my unborn child from my womb, Id take the abstainace. But abortion aside, lets think of another situation. Lets say a robbery. You feel that deep down in your gut that stealing is wrong. Your friend wants you to help them. They say that they need money for college or some other important thing. They say that stealing is the only way. You know that there are other ways of getting money just like there are other ways of dealing with an unwanted pregnancy. Would you compromise your moral fiber in order to help a friend do something you think is wrong for loyalty's sake??? I Would not. I have to answer to God for my actions. What about you???
