day two.
day two goes smoothly

I started on Monday with a juice and peanut m and m pre-fast. well, to be honest, it was intended to be juice only, but having to return to work that evening, I could not help but have a handful of M and Ms with the promise that once the MC started, I was going to stay true and faithful to the cleanse... Day One started on Tuesday and went off without a hitch, though I must say I was very spacy throughout the day and I was afraid to have too many conversations lest the unsuspecting might catch on that something was just not right...I have been getting free trial passes at local gyms. I must admit I started getting cold already, which surprised me, as I usually do not start getting the chills until Day 3 or so. Very cold all day, and all I could do was day dream about hitting the hot tub and sauna after work. I went to the gym and swam almost a mile (56 lengths) and sat in the hot tub and the sauna, went home and curled up and watched a movie before passing out at 11:30...
Today is the second day, still cold, as I suspect I will be for the remainder of the cleanse. I feel okay, though I have not been putting cayenne into my lemonade..nor have i started the SWF. I took the Senna tea last night around 9 and had cramps and BM around 430...I think I should start the SWF perhaps on Friday on my day off...Ive never been able to keep on with the SWF, and feel okay if I can do it at least a few times during the cleanse... I think this fast is all about trying to find ways to distract yourself....so on that note, Im going to hit the gym after work here in a bit and then meet up with some friends to check out a show....
