Research stage. Pre-Fast.
I am planning my water urine fast, a lot of preparation so I can reach the 40 days..

I have been reluctant to do it before because in the past, my longest 4 days fast, I had heart palpitations and got scared. I understand now, that I was low on electrolites (potassium, magnessium).
Now I have been reading that with Urine Therapy, this can be greaty reduced by massaging the urine often during the fasting and of course drinking the urine.
I am also taking a holistic aproach to healing, using meditation to increase my success rate and help my mind and spirit to work towards the same goal, health.
Also, I believe the sun is a nice tool that can be use to recharge our bodies batteries.
I will aim for 40 days but I will be listening to my body. Saturday 17 should be a good day to start. This coming days i will work on eating healthier,Only white meat and a lot of veggies, taking my vitamins and i will start on Urine therapy (I am having a tough time with this one for obvious reason). I will start with increments of 10 drops a day starting tomorrow.
I need to include edemas on the pre-fast stage to help reduce the healing crisis while on fast.
