Although I lost a bit of lean body mass, which is something I want to avoid, it was minimal. Almost my complete weekly weight loss was in fat mass, 5.959 pounds. I can't really complain about that. You may have a question about column three, Illiac skinfold thickness (mm). I am using a body fat measuring device called the Accu-Measure. It is available online if you're interested. I weigh myself and take the skinfold test once a week. I don't bother with the scale the rest of the week. I do both every Sunday morning as soon as I get up, in my underwear, for consistency. The skinfold test is taken at a point just above the hip bone. It does take a bit of practice to get consistent measurements. The main thing is consistency. From my research, there is little variation between the Accu-Measure and more expensive body fat measuring devices, as long as consistent measurements are taken.
