End of day one.
Date: 12/29/2008 11:08:41 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1602 times Today went well, the first few days are always the most difficult. But I stayed true to my plan and have that gut feeling I can and will accomplish my goal.
Today was pretty stress free and i spent most of the day doing laundry and browsing online, as well as playing Mobsters on myspace, lol. Meh, it keeps me occupied.
I forgot to take pics today darnit, but i will tomorrow for sure! I want to have something to compare with at the end of my fast, whenever that might be. I am aiming for at least 30, but would love to complete 40+. I know it is possible, with my weight being so high, I have the extra fat to sustain me, and nothing can come of it but good.
Tomorrow I plan on taking a slow paced walk with my dog around the block a few times, and doing some more house cleaning. I really enjoy cleaning (ya I know...lol) But it keeps me busy and my house looks and smells great. Besides we all want a fresh clean house for the start of the new year!
I also have some ketosticks, and will check my urine tomorrow morning to see if i have any change after 24 hours. I also plan on doing an enema. Some say they do not care for them, and that they are not needed during fasting, but personally, i just feel better when i do.
