im full of energy and im sure i could work out for 3 hours,but ive got a bad headache. My sister made supper. Marinaded chops made in the oven with roast potato,salad and freshly baked ciabatta. The aromas are so mouth watering. Im 106 cm and ive got to bring that down. I will take a nap for now and then i will leave a message tomorrow again. Bye bye
