By the end of the evening yesterday I felt a bit sick, probably because of too much fruit juice, so I drank only a glass of tomato juice when I got home, and then had an enema spiced with epsom salts. I've gradually been able to increase the amount of water from 1 litre during my first fast into 3 or 4 litres, depending on the day. I think that's very good, and all thanks to the good tips on technique given here on CureZone. Only that this time I obviously didn't get all of the water out at once, and I've had to pop to the loo several times this morning. But that's ok.
It was only too obvious what all that fructose did to me: I got sad, tired, angry, confused, and my attention span was nonexistent.
A valuable lesson to us all!
So today I took along 0,5l of pear juice, 0,75l of tomato juice, and 0,33l of clementine juice. Perhaps still too much fruit, but this arrangement is merely due to me needing to dispose of all juice in the order of making. Especially when my beloved pear juice needs to worsen its taste relatively rapidly.
Slightly annoyed today, but all in all fasting has gone very smoothly so far. No cravings, no hunger, no headaches, only a coated tongue and teeth.
