day two!
first couple of days on my water fast.
Date: 11/25/2008 11:37:28 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2306 times today is day two of my water fasting. yesterday i did have an apple, and some cheese, so i'm not really factoring that day into my start. today i had some cheese again. i promise i'm done though. it is hard, i am VERY hungry. like, i don't know if you understand, that i really want to go run in to the kitchen and scarf down that food. but i continue to resist. i can do this, i know i can.
BEFORE:
i am 5' 7" and i weigh 155. i want to go down to 130. idealy. perhaps 120, but that's a little farfetched.
being the second day i weighed myself, and i havent lost any weight yet. this worries me, because many stories that i read say that they have lost 3 to 5 pounds in the first couple of days.
my stomach is growling like a lion.
it's really embarrasing in school, i have to rustle papers and such to hide the sound of my hungry stomach.
it's going to be VERY hard at thanksgiving to resist the food. i dont know if i will be able to do it? i really dont think i will. perhaps i will start the fast that day after. but that first day is the hardest, because you could eat just one thing and say "oh, i will just restart it tomorrow". i cant do that. so wish me luck please!!
i can do this. i know i can. i've wanted to lose weight for so long, i have such low self esteem...i need this for myself. i know there are other people out there who feel the same way, and i just want to say i understand! so follow my blog to see if this diet really DOES work, and if i succeed!! because if i succeed, then you can DEFINITELY do it!!
